This Privacy Policy explains how VideoToAnime AI ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use videotoanimeai.com and the VideoToAnime AI service (the "Service").

Information We Collect

  • Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication details (including sign-in through a third-party provider if you choose one).
  • Videos you upload. We store your video, a still frame from it, the style preview and the finished video so we can make and deliver the result. These files are deleted after 30 days. We don't use your videos to train AI models, and we don't run face recognition on them.
  • Network address. We record the IP address with each free preview so we can limit how many free previews one network gets per day.
  • Billing information. Our Merchant of Record collects your payment details. We receive only what we need to manage your subscription (such as plan, status, and billing dates); we never receive or store your full card number.
  • Usage data. We may use analytics to understand which pages are useful, such as pages visited and device/browser type. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them on the cookie banner.

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences (such as language and theme). Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them. We don't use advertising cookies.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate you, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing With Service Providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, such as hosting and infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, and our payment Merchant of Record. Your uploads are processed and stored by our AI infrastructure provider (fal.ai), which runs the video and image models on our behalf. Each provider processes data on our behalf under their own terms.

Data Retention and Deletion

Uploaded videos, previews and finished videos are deleted after 30 days. We keep your other account data while your account is active. You can delete your account and its data from your account settings at any time. We may keep limited records where the law requires it (for example, transaction records).

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Email us to make a request.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

International Users

The Service runs on infrastructure that may be located in the United States and other regions. By using the Service you consent to this processing.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
