Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of videotoanimeai.com and the VideoToAnime AI software and services (the "Service"), operated by VideoToAnime AI ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

VideoToAnime AI is an online software service offered on a free plan and on optional paid subscription plans. Features and limits of each plan are described on our pricing page and may change over time.

Accounts and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, reverse-engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you put into the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.

By uploading a video you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that every identifiable person in it has agreed to be in it and to have it changed. You may not upload or create:

  • nudity or sexual content of anyone, or any content sexualizing minors;
  • videos of people who have not agreed to it, or content meant to impersonate, deceive, harass, or embarrass a real person;
  • movies, TV shows, music videos or other content you don't have the rights to;
  • anything illegal, violent extremist, or hateful.

We may automatically or manually review uploads and results, refuse or remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend accounts. Uploads and results are stored for 30 days and then deleted. Report content that infringes your rights to the contact address below and we will review it promptly.

Automated and AI Features

Videos are restyled by third-party AI models. Results vary: faces, hands, text and small details can change, and the same input can give different results. Review the output before you publish it; you remain responsible for how you use it. Where the law or a platform requires it, label the result as AI-generated or altered.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Payments are processed by a third-party Merchant of Record, which acts as the seller of record for those transactions and handles billing, applicable taxes, receipts, refunds, and payment disputes.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep paid features until then. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you before a price change affects your subscription.

Credits

Some plans include usage credits. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and expire as described on the pricing page (for example, at the end of a billing period). A finished video costs credits per second of output, shown before you start. If a video fails on our side, the credits are returned automatically. Style previews are free and limited per day.

Intellectual Property

We own the Service, including its software and design. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoToAnime AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VideoToAnime AI harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
